Submit Medical History Form
Your Patient Advocate will send you a link to our online Medical History Form. Once submitted, your Patient Advocate will call you to confirm we have received your form. It typically takes about 24-48 hours to determine your eligibility for stem cell therapy. Once a decision is made your Patient Advocate will contact you and help answer any further questions.
Schedule Your Appointment
If your Medical History Form is approved and you’re interested in coming for stem cell therapy, your Patient Advocate will schedule your 3-day appointment. Our Care Coordinator will then call and arrange your travel.

Your Visit
Day One — Each patient’s visit will begin with a new patient orientation meeting with our staff.
Here you will fill out the necessary medical forms along with a Q&A session of what to expect from your visit and stem cell treatment. Once completed, patients will have their personalized consultation with their physician and medical team where their customized stem cell treatment will be explained.
Day Two — The second day is your treatment day.
You will begin your stem cell therapy which will consist of harvesting your stem cells by your Board Certified Surgeon. Once your cells are harvested they are taken to the lab immediately to be processed by our team of certified laboratory technicians while you relax in your private treatment room. Once the stem cells are ready your Board Certified Physician and nursing team will administer the stem cells back into your body with state-of-the-art systemic and direct administration to target the areas of your body in need. You will then be taken back to your hotel to rest and recover.
Day Three — The final day will consist of an examination by our clinical team before clearing you to safely and easily return home.
Your car service will be waiting to take you back to the airport if you’re traveling by plane.
Post-Treatment Follow up
24 Hours after your stem cell treatment, our clinical staff will contact you to assess your response to treatment and to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Financial Assistance
We recognize that some patients do not have adequate financial resources to help pay for their TruStem Cell Therapy.
