TruStem Cell Therapy™ Patient Reviews
My name is Dr. Kent. I am a neurologist. I have a 39-year history of relapsing progressive multiple sclerosis and have incurred significant gait ataxia. I have taken multiple medications to only slow disease progression. Yet, it was not until I received an autologous stem cell transplant this past spring at TruStem Cell Therapy that for the first time I noticed my walking to substantially improve! I have greater endurance, speed, and agility. The lower extremity spasticity has lessened. I highly recommend treatment with TruStem Cell Therapy.

The TruStem Cell Therapy for Parkinson’s has improved the movement in my right arm and I have been able to reduce the medication I take by one third. I started feeling the improved movement 2 weeks after the procedure and was able to reduce the medication 4 weeks after the treatment. I excersize in the evening and feel good enough to skip the meds I used to take in the evening. I intend to repeat the procedure at a later date to see if it can be improved even more. I would recommend the procedure to help improve your ability for improved movement.

I would rate it 5 plus. The procedure was not very painful.I had 2 strokes and to be honest I was giving up on life. I searched the internet one night and found Trustem cell Therapy. They have kept the price as low as they can to help as many people as possible. The Doctor was very sharp and every one in his office were kind and very professional..I flu home [after my stem cell treatment] and waited 2 weeks to get into hyperbaric chamber. Nothing changed for the first 5 [hyperbaric oxygen] treatments on the 6th one it was nothing short of a miracle. My confusion ended my short term memory came back I had a lot more energy.I had my life back. The best investment you will ever make is in your self.I have 22 more [hyperbaric oxygen] treatments to go and can’t wait to see were I end up. Bottom line they saved my life. Todd

From the moment I contacted TruStem Cell Therapy, I was extremely impressed. (I had researched and contacted several other places)I have MS. I was diagnosed over 12 years ago and as all MS patients can agree, we all have it different. I am not going to go into my medical history, but I was determined to receive stem cells and my experience with TruStem Cell Therapy was absolutely incredible.
Joe Perricone, my patient advocate on the very first phone call spoke to me as if I was a family member of his own, even though I was a complete stranger, I never once felt like a stranger. He made sure that I wasn’t just a phone call or an annoyance, he treated me with the up most respect, made me feel comfortable in anything I asked for and or needed and this is way before I even became a patient.
Joe, the entire staff, nurses and Dr. Rachel at this facility are hands down the most compassionate, caring, and professional people I have ever encountered. They genuinely care about you, your health and your treatment. They love what they do and It really shows. It feels really good to know that there are still doctors, nurses and their staff out there that believe in great care. If you are looking for Stem Cell Therapy, look no further. TruStem is it.
I have just come home from my flawless, well planned trip and treatment from TruStem and I am home resting. From the bottom of my heart, I want to sincerely thank you TruStem for everything! . I know that I will always be truly grateful for what you have given me and may God Bless you all for doing what you do.

My husband, Oliver received TruStem Cell Therapy in August. The whole procedure from initial inquiry, to the actual treatment was most impressive. The treatment went as planned and was not painful, during or after. He experienced minimal soreness around the entry point for a couple days. For someone who does not tolerate pain, I was shocked 🙂 and relieved. The results are more than subtle but very important to us. Before the treatment, his symptoms from Lambert Eaton Syndrome included numbness in arms, hands, legs and feet. The numbness has decreased in all limbs by 90%. He had also developed a tremor in his left hand. The tremor is gone. His cognitive issues have also improved. His hip was also injected, and the pain from walking has decreased also by 90%. We are very encouraged, as it has not been 90 days since the treatment. He did follow through with the hyperbaric oxygen treatments and feels so energized by them. We intend to continue with a couple per week. I have to add, that flying in, transport, accommodations and communications were above expectations. It reduced the stress of the whole experience for both of us. I have and will continue to recommend TrueStem Cell Therapy to everyone that we feel would benefit.

I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called Wegeners Disease. It causes your body to attack the lining of your small and mid size vessels. The disease caused multiple issues to numerous to list. Once it was finally in remission I wanted to find some way to get back and improve functionality. Trustem provided that ability. The staff was amazing and very helpful. I was on the verge of drop foot from neuropathy. After treatment my neuropathy I
Proved greatly and no longer had to worry about drop foot. Also many of my blood tests improved as well as went back to normal levels. With these improvements I am scheduling my next visit to build on these improvements and keep getting better. I highly recommend Trustem and there staff.

I have dealt with knee problems for almost 10 years due to a couple of falls. I’ve tried laser, acupuncture and other natural treatments to no avail. I heard about Stem cell therapy through my cousin who sent me the website. Upon researching and reading the reviews I decided to give this a chance. I’m so very glad I did. It hasn’t even been a week and I am already feeling results. I don’t have any pain and my knee feels more stable then it has in years. This is an answer to my prayers. I know this is just the beginning of great things to come. Joe P. and everyone at the clinic could not have been more professional and caring. I would highly recommend Trustem Cell Therapy.

I have MS (it doesn’t have me). I went to TruStem hoping to stop MS in its tracks. Physical improvements would also be great. I had the procedure and immediately noticed some little things on the physical side. Foot drop less, left leg working better, etc. Things that an ordinary person wouldn’t notice, but I did. The biggest improvement for me though, was on the mental side. I had the procured on [Tuesday] morning, went back to the hotel and took a nap, and woke up “brighter”. It was like walking in a dark room forever and then someone turned on all the lights! It was mind blowing and changed my life!
I say, if I NEVER see any physical improvements, the procedure was worth 20x the cost for the mental improvements alone. I just wish I had done this 10 years ago.

I have been diagnosed with emphysema with 27% of my lung capacity. I was on oxygen therapy 24/7. Three weeks after having stem cell therapy, I am able to breathe without the oxygen, exercise at the gym 3 days per week, do water aerobics 3 days per week and walk through the grocery store without using the scooter. I am 5 weeks post procedure and still improving. I am very pleased.

TruStem Cell Therapy is a team of compassionate professionals with a passion for improving peoples lives.
My wife Tamra is in her 5th year of early onset Alzheimer’s Disease. The disease has destroyed most of her hippocampus and caused a significant loss of brain mass. Alzheimer’s is a journey comprised of progressive loss; memory, function, reality and physical well being. There are no survivors. Along with the standard pharmaceuticals, Memantine and Donepezil, we are using diet, supplements and infrared light therapy. This combination made some improvements to Tamra’s quality of life but the improvement was not consistent. She continued to experience wide mood swings, anger, confusion and frustration. There were not many smiles and almost no laughter in our home. Hard for Tamra, hard for me.
Research led me to believe that Stem Cell Therapy offers a potential breakthrough in the treatment of Alzheimer’s Disease. We choose TruStem Cell Therapy over other clinics because of the way the stem cells are harvested and then reintroduced to the body. Tamra’s first procedure was done in October, 2023. After several weeks I noticed that Tamra’s mood was getting better. This trend continued and smiles and laughter began to reappear. After several months she began to show more situational awareness, became more conversational with improved vocabulary and began to ask questions appropriate to a conversation. She is becoming less self absorbed and more outgoing. In April of 2024 Tamra had a second procedure. We are seeing more improvement in all areas and for the first time in several years Tamra is helping with work around the house, folding laundry, drying dishes, setting the table and asking for things to help with. For the first time in years we have hope for an improved life together. No other treatment has made such a dramatic impact. God bless everyone at TruStem Cell Therapy.

My son, Kyle, has a chronic underlying condition of autism, but in addition to that he also developed PANDAS (an autoimmune disorder stemming from untreated strep, which I wasn’t aware he had), which turned into autoimmune encephalitis from his body attacking his brain. He was a mess. He went from winning the Pinnacle Award at his school the prior year to not being able to attend school at all, or any of his other normal activities. He couldn’t speak (normally he can speak although he doesn’t yet have great conversational skills), became extremely agitated when others tried talking to him, and basically couldn’t handle much sensory-wise at all. To say he was suffering is a major understatement. He became very aggressive, causing major damage inside our home, and I was attacked several times either by him directly or by him hurling objects in my direction. After his being refused treatment at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (yes… that hospital, like many children’s hospitals in the country, are refusing to treat the disorder, leaving families to watch their children, both neurotypical and autistic, suffer immensely), I went into full mommy mode, turning over every stone that could lead to an end to his suffering. That’s when I saw a clip on the PANDAS Network about the benefit of Stem Cell Transplants for the disorder, and later a private physician (who is also on staff at the hospital that claims they can’t treat the disorder) echoed how beneficial it could be for Kyle. I cannot recommend TruStem Cell Therapy enough! If it weren’t for this group, Kyle wouldn’t be where he is today. Dr. Rachel and his staff went above and beyond to ensure the success of Kyle’s transplant (and he wasn’t the most cooperative patient). Kyle had his transplant a little over 4 months ago, and he’s now back to being part of society (which means so much to him because he’s normally very much an extrovert and wants to go places every day). He’s attending his regular group activities again (church, rock climbing, etc.) and has just started mountain bike riding with a group. He’s back to going on errands with me and in stores, and he’s even doing Door Dash (accompanied by me or a support person). His sound sensitivity is improved, so we’re able to attend church services again, and he can go roller skating for at least an hour at a time, even with the loud music playing. He’s back to participating in martial arts and tennis lessons and is showing improvement in his conversational skills. He’s also resumed doing his hemispheric therapy (The Melillo Method, which I also highly recommend), that we had to scale way down on due to his being unable to tolerate sensory stimulation. The bottom line is TRU STEM CELL THERAPY WORKS! We’re planning for Kyle to have a second transplant in the near future and are excited to see the additional progress he’ll make. We are SO VERY GRATEFUL for Kyle being given this opportunity for healing! THANK YOU!!!

I had the procedure done in April of last year. So so happy I did it. If I didn’t tell people I had MS they would never know. No more drop foot or walking weird. I still have numbness on my left side but nothing that I can’t deal with. I don’t know where I would be today if I didn’t get this done and personally I don’t want to know. I thank you from the bottom of my heart TruStem Cell Therapy. Not a single pharmaceutical med for me !!!!!

I was diagnosed with primary progressive multiple sclerosis in 2000. I am currently a full time wheelchair user due to spasticity in my leg s that don’t allow my knees to straighten out.
I also have bladder urgency which causes anxiety. I have heat/ cold intolerance as well.
I did my research and decided that TruStem Cell was a good fit for me due to their clear and quick response to the most simple questions, their reputation and ease to navigate the world of stem cells. Every single detail of my trip was clarified and made me feel at ease.
My procedure was done on 3/5/24. Today is 3/9/24 and I am already reaping the benefits from the procedure. I have more energy, I’ve increased my exercise time, my range of motion is much better. I can wiggle toes that previously could barely move, I can transfer from my chair to bed/ car with ease, my sense of smell has returned and my therapist confirmed that he had a much harder time manipulating my legs. He’s now going to incorporate stretches that he thought I was not ready for prior to the stem cell procedure. TruStem Cell will continue to answer questions and support after one is home.
I am so grateful for the entire staff, especially Joe Perricone for making himself available at ALL times.

I want to say my experience with TruStem was and has been fantastic. When I started the process of looking for a clinic I chose TruStem because it’s close to my home. Also cause I have MS and they treat MS as one of their top treatments. But I didn’t realize how caring and professional Joe was and helped make the process easy for me. He was also available the whole time I was in town. Dr Rachel was amazing. Again was caring and took time to explain and answer any questions I had. That night after the procedure I was wiggling my toes for the first time in 7 years! That was my sign that the procedure was working. Thank you TruStem.

The results from the TruStem cell treatment reached beyond my expectations. My headaches go away on their own almost every time. My shoulder feels better, my knee, my neck. Joe Perricone is a very helpful and caring person who made arrangements for my stem cell therapy easy and stress free. Joe and TruStem Cell Therapy’s surgeon, Dr. Rachel and his staff are second to none. The first time I received their help I presented with a diagnosis of Vasculitis that was at that point localized to my feet. I had read enough about Vasculitis to believe I wouldn’t be alive much longer. I hoped that TruStem Cell Therapy could remodulate my immune system and save me from an awful ending. Also, my cardiologist had recently informed me that I had an irregular heartbeat and would need a pacemaker. Very scary times indeed. We did the stem cell therapy on 10/25/2021. When I saw my cardiologist a couple months later my irregular heartbeat was cured. No pacemaker for me! When I was finally able to see a Rheumatologist I received a lesser diagnosis of non-diabetic neuropathy. What a relief! And my feet felt better every day for three weeks. Unfortunately I then got my feet too warm on a heating pad causing a fungal bloom that spread from my toenails to the skin of both feet. It took eleven long painful months to finally clear that fungal infection. I was spending 80% of my time with my feet elevated to make up for the 20% of the time I was on my feet.
So I contacted Joe to schedule another TruStem Cell Therapy procedure. That was for 10/31/2023 and the total focus was on helping my feet recover. The process of giving 5 vials of blood and the bone marrow harvest was done in less than 15 minutes. During the bone marrow harvest I felt the shot for local anesthetic but everything that followed was pain free. Dr. Rachel talked me through each step and that was a comfort. I had about 90 minutes to chill in my room while the lab did their magic. Then my stem cell product was delivered by IV and locally above both feet. I have already scheduled hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions to maximize the benefit of my stem cells. The wife and I just got back to our central Indiana home. It’s the day after my treatment and the bone marrow harvest site seems already healed. I am determined to regain functional mobility and I will update this review with my progress in the months to come.

I got diagnosed with MS in 2012. I lost my eyesight in my left eye completely where all I could see was grey. I had a few episodes and took very intense sessions of IV steroids. It ended up eating away at my hip joints and caused me to have a hip replacement at 33.I lost 80% of my eyesight in my right eye but gained 98% back in my left since the first episode. I had never gained my right back. My balance and depth perception is also terrible. Once I read about the true stem, I was spectacle of course like anyone would be being it was very expensive. However Once made the trip I soon had the feeling it was going to be worth it just because of the care and professionalism II got from just my transportation and hotel stay. Everything was taken care of. I mean everything. I didn’t have to do or worry about anything until I got back on the plane back home. It has been 11 months and my eyesight in both has gotten much better. It took around 4 months for the sense of a change happen and it was so slow and subtle that I started to feel like I could see better without my glasses. Six month is I went and got my eyes checked and I was surprised that my eyes had gotten way better. So much so I need a whole new prescription. My right eye, which was identified as light only before, was starting to be able to see color and read for the first time in a few years. My balance is also 40% better, and I can zip down a flight of stairs so much easier. I can’t really pinpoint how much and when it happens. It was just like one day i was just thinking about it and was like “man I can do this different, or I can see that better” It was not like a drug where it happened and it all happened at once. It was not noticed until it was noticed. If that makes any sense. Also, Joe my coordinator was very helpful from start to finish and I got a few checkups after I got back for a few weeks. Which is nice and again made me feel better about my investments. Because it’s an investment to your body.

I had a bleeding stroke in Nov of 2022, at 44 and with no risk factors. I suffered left sided paralysis and began the hard work of rehab. I’ve been an athlete my entire life but this was different, so slow. I was progressing, walking without anything except a foot brace, but since the stem cell treatment in late August of 2023, the pace of my recovery is picking up. I can now control my left knee which is important for a normal gait, and eventually, running. My energy is starting to improve and my arm is getting stronger too. I am heading back in Nov for a second round. The team is great, it didn’t hurt at all and I am excited to see what additional progress I will have. Grateful!

TruStem worked for my friend. After having been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for 5yrs, trying to control glucose levels was becoming impossible even with a variety of meds including max dose of tirzepatide, metformin, diet, exercise.
My friend, a 63yr old male, was unable to get his hbA1C under 8 and it was 8.7 at the time of his TruStem treatment. His Dr warned that his long term outlook was unfavorable with these higher glucose levels. Now, one year after TruStem, his HbA1C is 5.9, he has lost 30 pounds, has a normal BMI, cholesterol is normal, he easily builds lean muscle mass and enjoys a varied diet. It was a real game changer – a result better than we had even hoped to achieve. He is still taking meds – but the treatment seemed to optimize the medication. He is having conversations with drs on reducing medications and has a much more favorable outlook on life. Many thanks to Joe and the staff for answering all the questions and making this treatment available.

I had three strokes. A significant stroke in 2014, a TIA in June 2017 and a major stroke in August 2017. With a lot of physical therapy I got to the point were could walk with a cane.
I got the TruStem Cell Therapy program in April of this year. It improved my balance, stamina and energy. I can stand on my own without holding anything to support me. I can walk short distances without my cane, and whereas for medium distances I would need my cane and to hold someone’s arm, now I can walk medium distances by myself.
I was writing a check and my handwriting was much more legible.

I suffer from MS since 2011, which became worse after surgery in 2021. Before I received stem cell therapy I had balance issue, nerve issues in my legs and walking problems. After I received my stem cell therapy I noticed my balance had improved I was even able to walk thru airport security instead of being pushed in the walker. I truly thought I was at the end of my rope. Nothing was helping. Stem cell therapy was a game changer. Many thanks to Joe, Dr Rachel and staff at TruStem Cell Therapy for an incredibly positive experience and for giving me hope. Joe was very supportive through the entire process; his knowledge, kindness and attentiveness were exceptional. Dr Rachel and the clinical staff made the procedure easy and with very little discomfort. I’ve had multiple autoimmune diseases for almost 20 years. Most-recently diagnosed with Crohn’s and a TBI after hitting my head in a fall last year. Before treatment, I was stuck – nothing was helping me feel better. Within 2 months of treatment, I feel stronger (went from walking with imbalance and only very short distances – i.e. around the house – to easily walking a mile), more balanced, can eat more and feel much less inflamed. I am hopeful that I’ll continue to see improvements that otherwise would not be possible.

Thank you to Joe, Dr. Rachel, and the entire team at TruStem Cell Therapy. They are wonderful, from the initial consultation, through the entire treatment process, and then through the follow up care. They are attentive, caring, kind, and they want this treatment to work for you as much as you do.
In January 2022, I was diagnosed with distal ulcerative colitis. In February of 2023, my UC progressed upwards leading to all of the classic symptoms: increased urgency and frequency, diarrhea, weight loss, and loss of appetite. I tried suppositories and orally medication but they did not help. My doctor then recommended biologics. Trying to avoid them just yet, I looked into stem cell therapy and found TruStem. I received my treatment in May of 2023 and three days later my symptoms were gone, I was back to normal. I am now four weeks post-treatment and still feeling great. It is wonderful to feel healthy again. I am so hopeful that my success will continue.
I highly recommend trying stem cell therapy and choosing TruStem has been absolutely a fantastic experience for me.

My Father Vassilios is absolutely doing great , our family our employees are shocked on how much better he is. He is a completely different person. My mother was very skeptical about Stem cell after speaking to all the Dr in Australia. But they couldn’t convince me that somewhere in this world there is some type of therapy. So here we are. Stem Cell what a miracle.
Prior symptoms were:
-slow moving
-stop to think
– anti social wouldn’t talk to anyone
-short temper
– he couldn’t complete task he would start a new task without completing the first one.
– no laughing no smiling
-anxious and always thinking.
-he would forget minor things like leave the cupboard open, forget keys, forget Dr appointments etc.
– sleeping was a problem he would wake up from the crack of dawn and go to work ( our family bakery) it was his comfort zone even though he was very tired he would find his Sanity there.
After Stem Cell treatment
-it took about 2 weeks to start noticing improvements but it’s been 2 months to date and my father is a new person wouldn’t even know he has ALZHEIMERS.
-he moves faster
– doesn’t stop to think
-Rarely forgets ( 77years old )
– very calm
– he is actually more social now he talk to clients talks to people when he’s out and about he jokes around with the staff at work etc.
-sleeps much better no more anxious to come to work he comes whenever he wants.
– likes going out more listening to music watching movies going to dinners.
– wants to travel more.
-still drives and is much more independent
The list can go on and on.
What can we say we are very pleased very excited that we found a therapy that works and can give our father better quality of life living with this disease.

My name is Andrew Wilkins. I had a stroke in 2014, a minor stroke(TIA) in June 2017 and a major stroke in August 2017. I was hopeful but also a little skeptical of my treatment at TruStem Cell. Along with my friend Karen we were picked up at the Chicago O’Hare Airport by a Lincoln Navigator SUV and taken to the Sheraton in Northbrook. Accommodations at the hotel were very good with an excellent breakfast buffet every morning. On Monday we and the other patients were briefed and then were taken to the clinic, met with Dr. John Rachel and given the opportunity to ask him questions. Tuesday was the day of the procedure. My friend was allowed to come into the treatment rooms with me. A pinpoint drill removed stem cells from bone marrow in my back. Painful at points but not unbearable. An IV also removed blood plasma from which additional stem cells were harvested. Stem cells were then reintroduced into my body, via the same IV, to go to work wherever they where needed. I had left side weakness from my strokes so Dr. Rachel into my left shoulder and thigh. Finally stem cells were injected by a needle into my nose, to get into my brain. Painful, but it was a short pain.
After the procedure I took some Tylenol but overall felt ok. I was expecting to feel drained and tired, but I really didn’t. I did feel hungry so my friend and I ate before returning to the hotel. Dr. Rachel was wonderful, as was Joe, and the nurses Deb and Celia. I was told to expect results in 2-4 weeks to 2-4 months. However I felt noticably better the next day. I felt more energy, stamina and balance. Normally in a building I walk with my left hand on my cane and my right hand on someone’s arm. I was able to walk by myself, just with my cane but not holding unto anyone’s arm from my fifth floor room to the elevator and then from the elevator to the lounge. I could not do that since 2017. I had the energy and balance to stand on my own, no cane, for 30 to 60 seconds, and I had not been able to do that since 2017. I am optimistic that with hyperbaric oxygen treatment and more PT I will continue to improve. Looking forward to what my condition will be like in several months. I got to know some of my fellow TruStem Cell patients while I was there and I hope and pray that they have early results as promising as mine.
Thanks to Joe, Dr. Rachel and all the staff.

I was diagnosed with Parkinsons two years ago and researched Stem Cells over the past year. From the first contact with Joe in January 2023 until my procedure in February, all my questions were answered in a concise manner, and I am feeling much more aware mentally and the only medication I take is one Amantadine pill a day for a mild hand tremor. My boss Bill and I came to Chicago in march of 2023 to get possible help after he had a stroke in October of 2022. He was/is paralyzed completely on the right side. Upon arriving there was a ride waiting to pick us up and take us to the hotel. Every thing was set up did the orientation on day one meet and ask questions at the hotel about the procedure with Joe.
We then went to the facility to meet with Dr. Rachel. Following that we went back to the room and had the stem cell procedure the next day.
After the procedure, Bill was a little skeptical, but I mentioned that the cells need a little time to regenerate. He gave it 24 hours and then I asked him to try to lift his leg and he could, I asked him to bend his knee and he could.
Then super excited laying on his back he lifted his right leg, his left leg, his right leg, his left leg. He bent his knees with a big smile on his face and was able to touch his toes for the first time since the stroke happened. He was shaking his hips from side to side and making therapy goals for his arm and getting his mobility back.
We then stood him up and with my support we walked to the shower bearing most of the weight on his paralyzed leg with a little support from me to keep him balanced he was able to put the paralyzed leg into the shower, bear weight on it, holding onto the rail in the shower, and bring the other foot in to the shower after that following the shower with balance support from me he was able to walk back to the bed lifting and bearing weight on the paralyzed side.
He now has more motivation to continue therapy hyperbaric, oxygen therapy, as well as physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
We are looking forward to seeing more and more improvement over the next few months. Thank you to Joe, Dr. Rachel and the whole team for all of your help and support.

I had Arthroscopic Surgery on both of my knees for torn Meniscus last year. I also have Arthritis. This year I went for my first Treatment at Tru Stem. I’m on my third week post Treatment and I feel better. I don’t have to take Diclofenac as frequently as I used to for arthritic pain and swelling. I can walk better and I thank Joe Perricone, Dr. Rachel and the staff at Tru Stem for the consultation and treatment. I look forward to more treatment soon !!!!! My wife Laura has type 2 diabetes and this was her second successful treatment at Tru Stem .

I have been battling MS for over 25 years. I have had two stem cell procedures done in the past through another company. So this was my third treatment, but first with TruStem. I am now 1 week out and feel great! I have energy and feel like myself again… (I thought I had lost her). Getting the stem cells harvested through bone marrow was much easier than liposuction. Pretty much no recovery time. I was the first patient of the day at 8am. We were back to the hotel by 11:30. Had lunch and took a nap. When I woke at 3pm, I was amazed! I had balance!! I had felt “drunk” for about 2 years. I lost my balance easily and had to always touch something to keep from falling. I no longer feel like I need help with balance. I still need assistance while walking, but feel so much better. My hope is that I will I gain strength as I progress. Just being able to walk up stairs is huge! I can pick up my foot without my foot turning in. I can drive with one foot instead of using both. My drop foot has been much better. My hope is that I can start working out with weights soon to help my body gain strength that I had lost over the years. I feel this will make a huge difference as I have lost so much muscle strength. But I feel this is now doable. Whereas before, I had no hope.
The whole process was simple! Everything works just as simple as they advertise, from flights, hotels, and transportation.
While this is not a cure for me, I am so glad I did it!! I have my life back!!!!

Hi, my name is Hollie and I was diagnosed with MS in Jan of 2000. It started out out very slowly for me, with it not progressing very much until about 2012/2013. Then my balance and memory started to give way. I started to forget a lot of little things and I started to fall often. In about 2015, I could no longer drive as I now wore a brace on my right foot to support it and help with foot drop. But what was worse I could no longer write much of anything due to hand tremors.
After this wonderful treatment opportunity, I have started walking and my balance has improved more than I thought possible! I am up to taking 5000 steps! I can write my name CLEARLY and Readable! So my hand tremors have greatly decreased. At one point, I was close to being confined to a wheelchair. With this treatment, I feel like I have a chance a living my life to the best of my ability. And not in a wheelchair at this point.

I had stem cell therapy for demyelinating disease on 11/30/2021. The next morning, I no longer had pain in my neck, shoulder, and hip. Prior to my therapy, I had pins and needles sensations from the top of my hip to my toes. It took about a week, maybe 10 days, for that feeling to go away. I still have numbness and tingling though. At least that’s tolerable. Currently, I’m about 4 months post treatment. I had an MRI last week which showed “evidence of therapeutic response”. Which quite probably means the stem cells really, truly did their job! I’m hoping to be able to return for another treatment later this year. I’m glad that I took a leap of faith and had stem cell therapy.

What an amazing experience and opportunity TruStem Cell Therapy offers! I found TruStem Cell Therapy online while researching stem cell therapy benefits for stroke recovery. Joe went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and provided everything I needed to feel safe traveling alone from Las Vegas to Illinois. My story, I am 43 years old and in April 2020 I had an intercranial brain hemorrhage (stroke) that left me paralyzed on the entire right side of my body from my head to my toe. For the most part through hard work and lots of PT, I was able to have most of the right side recovered except I still was experiencing foot drop, balance issues and just still insecure with my walking. I had the procedure done at the end of Jan 2022 and I am now able to jog on a treadmill, I feel increasingly stronger everyday and my balance has improved dramatically. I truly feel the stem cell therapy combined with the HBOT ( hyperbaric oxygen therapy) treatments have made a difference. I am approaching my 2 year anniversary and I feel very grateful that I am so close to a full recovery. Thank you!

Every step along the way was “Painless”. From the time I first spoke with Joe about my procedure, I felt confident in the procedure and it’s results. Dr Rachel is a talented and sensitive doctor. Together, with his staff, the procedure was handled effectively and swiftly. I was back in my hotel room, resting before I expected. TruStem didn’t fail me! Within a couple of weeks I was noticing results from my treatment. If I need stem cell therapy again, I will not hesitate to schedule with the talented staff at TruStem.

Everyone was so kind and very informative. Joe was huge in helping get everything set up. i can see changes in just over a week. Kayla couldn’t move except for some small movements on her right side. She was a quadriplegic and non verbal. Yesterday she lifted her leg and foot up off the bed, we are starting to see movements on her left side. She has now said a couple new words and it’s clearer to understand. She still has a great deal of tone but her body is much more limber. I would recommend TruStem Cell Therapy.
Kayla is in a wheelchair, it would be a huge benefit if you would have had a hoyer, but we got her where she needed to be.
I’m amazed at the improvements.

I received Stem Cell Therapy with TruStem on December 14th,2021 to treat my MS. In October of 2017 the lower half of my body was numb/tingly/painful. After several tests a MRI found a lesion in my spine and my doctors decided to treat me with steroid infusions. It was unclear then whether I had MS or not since I only had the one lesion at the time. A spinal tap showed that there was a strong chance it would develop into MS with time. The steroid infusions worked for a while, but I started developing new symptoms and having balance issues that made me decide to go back to my neurologist in 2020 to get new MRIs. These updated MRIs confirmed that I definitely had MS as they now showed several new lesions on my brain. As my symptoms got worse and harder to handle, I knew I needed to find a treatment that would work for me. After watching a Netflix documentary called Living Hope, I knew that I was not willing to trade the MS symptoms for symptoms resulting from the “treatments” that are available to treat MS. I did not want to be injecting myself, ever. But I also knew that doing nothing was not working. In the Living Proof documentary there was mention of stem cell therapy and why it isn’t FDA approved, etc. So I started my own research of stem cell therapy. I spent hours and hours researching and questioning and interviewing until I came across TruStem. Prior to receiving stem cell therapy I was constantly in pain, all over my body, but especially in the lower half of my body. I was always fatigued and exhausted, mood swings, anxiety and depression, often restless, I couldn’t feel anything on my left foot, my blood pressure was high, I had bad hand tremors, memory issues, trouble finding my words or articulating what I’m trying to say, balance issues, swallowing issues, unable to stand or be on my feet for long periods of time. I can happily report that pretty much as soon as the IV bag of stem cells was done, I stood up to leave and instantly felt a wave of relief. It was one of the craziest feelings I have ever had. The process of having your bone marrow harvested isn’t for the weak, I was emotional, scared, homesick, and had so many wild emotions running through me, but once I stood up to leave, it was like this wave of…relief. I felt lighter. I felt….GREAT! I could have jumped on a plane right then and there and headed home, I truly felt the best I had felt in a very long time! I am now a month and a half post treatment and I can honestly say that 90% of the symptoms I experienced prior to treatment are either GONE or significantly improved. Almost all of my physical symptoms are gone, I sometimes still struggle with some of the issues stemming from the lesions in my brain. This treatment was an absolute game changer. I now exercise daily, which never was a possibility prior to treatment. I had been out of work since July due to my disability and I already went back to work, feeling amazing, last week. Although it’s only part time, having the ability to go to work three days a week is huge after being out for so long. I am also doing Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy twice a week right now. I definitely suggest that you try to go to Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy after treatment if possible. I can definitely feel a difference when I go/don’t go. Joe Perricone is great and so easy to work with! He answered many emails full of questions. My family was worried I was being scammed, so he really had to work for our trust. At one point during my visit to Chicago, my Uber driver was late and then had a hard time finding the office. To make up for the slight inconvenience, he drove my mother and I back to the hotel in his personal car so I didn’t have to wait for an Uber. He is very kind and attentive. There was not one negative thing that I could say about the whole process. I wish that this treatment was available for everyone that could benefit from it because I am absolutely amazed at the changes in my life. If you are trying to decide whether stem cell therapy is right for you or not, take my advice and start the process now.

I had stem cell therapy on 9/29/21 for MS at Trustem. I was impressed by Dr Rachel’s knowledge on stem cells and targeting the areas that I need to improve my quality of life. I can’t speak on Dr Rachel enough he was absolutely generous, educated and most of all top of his class! I can say he definitely knows his expertise. My biggest problem is right-side weakness, walking, balance, and foot drop. And that’s what he targeted. Day 2 after my treatment He gave us the okay if we wanted to stay (at the Hotel) or we could go home if we choose. Well, we choose to go back home. Our drive was just 3 hours and I must say! I wasn’t able to lift my right leg before and now I can lift it. Day 3 I can wiggle my right toes and open my right hand which was contracted. Day 4. I went for Hyberberic Oxygen treatment. My choice and I can really tell it’s working for me! It’s just a matter of time before I’m back to normal. And Joe’s the bomb.com! Very patient and caring. 🤗 I will keep you all posted later as I progress!

I went to TruStem because my primary physician recommended it. I suffered stroke on 3/22/21 and lost movement on left side of my body primarily arm and leg. Couldn’t stand up or walk and I couldn’t lift up my arm and finger movement was difficult.
I checked around on internet and it was plain to see that Stem therapy was “wild wild west”
About the treatment, it was exactly as doctor described and didn’t take long.
Result: Exactly 48 hours after the treatment, I was on a flight going back home. Since I had difficulty walking and airline people had to put me on a wheelchair to get me on the plane, I was last person to get off the plane. Waiting was getting to me so I decided to try walking out. To my surprise, I was able to get up and walk out without any aid all the way to walkway. One of the flight attendant gasped as I walked. I was surprised myself. It’s been few months since I had the procedure and I’m much better now. able to walk without any aid for few blocks at a time but still much improvement to be made but I know that TruStem made the difference in speedy recovery. I will always be grateful to TruStem Cell team and recommend it to anyone who is considering stem cell treatment as an option. Since I had my treatment at TruStem, I met some really shady doctors especially on physical therapy practice side but you can be sure what you see from the doctor and his team is warm and fuzzy feeling of they know what they are doing and more than anything else, that puts patient at ease. God’s speed to everyone who is considering stem cell treatment.

I am speaking here as the wife of a patient that chose this clinic. He is a 70 year old man, 37 year two pack a day smoker and a 14 year non-smoker. COPD and asthma came for his lungs this spring. We have experienced bouts but nothing like this spring. Our research sent us to trustemcell for treatment. Our doctor said the only next option would be oxygen. Our doctor also said he could find no reason not to do stem cell therapy but wanted us to know that we were paying for research in this area. We already did know this. Husband could no longer walk up our drive to mail box or even take a shower without running out of breath. It became necessary to rest before dressing and finishing. We read some reviews with quick relief so became discouraged at 5 weeks that this may not work for him. He actually was worse by day but nighttime breathing better. One day before the 6 week anniversary he announced to me that he would be taking the two trash cans up our driveway. He did it! The next day I downloaded a free iPhone pedometer on our phones and we began to walk. It is a blessing and a gift to now (less than 8 weeks) we are competing for greatest number of steps. We do at least a mile a day but in the Texas heat, only have done 2 miles a couple days.
Update, 8/7/21 – I had this treatment 5/25/21 for copd. I was told it would probably take about 12 weeks for noticeable improvement. At six weeks it kicked in and was like a miracle. I went from not being able to take a shower without running out of breath to being able to walk a mile. Not only do I highly recommend this organization but I have in fact recommended it to anyone who will listen to me.

I have been working on reducing my blood sugar for 3 and 1/2 months. It was very high 9.8 A1C and 300 fasting number.I changed my diet, lost 10 Lbs. went on metformin 500 twice a day and after 3 months I was at a 7 A1C. My blood sugar was still 150 to 200+ with a fasting number between 145 and 180. Nothing brought it down!
I made a decision to do stem cells . Three weeks post stem cells, my number just dropped. I did nothing different, same food, same medicine, same exercise level. They just dropped and stayed between 70 and 155. It rarely goes to 155 unless I’ve eaten a heavier carb. I can only attribute it to the stem cells.
Truly, money well spent!

My husband had a covid induced stroke back in April 2020. He lost use of his right side and speech. After months and months of therapy, he showed small improvements. After a year, we decided to pursue a stem cell treatment. We contacted TruStem Cell Therapy. From the first email/phone call, they were very invested in my husband. They were able to give us references so we could do additional research. They answered all our questions & made us feel comfortable with the procedure. All arrangements were made and the process was very smooth. Our contact, Joe, made it very easy for us! From the treatment, Sean was able to see improvements in his neck. His range of motion improved 75%. And his speech also improved within days. We are still a few weeks out, but his right leg and arm are showing signs of flexibility & improved movement. He still needs to continue his hard work at recovery, but we have experienced some positive and exciting results with TruStem Cell Therapy.

I have fibromyalgia and arthritis and cardiomyopathy. So this is how it happened… I know they don’t have any data with a person having the stem cell before the stroke and I know that when they give the stem cell for a stroke they give it to you through the nasal cavity… But my stroke completely resolved I was my whole left side dropped and I was unable to speak.. something made it totally resolved within 15 minutes can’t convince me it wasn’t the stem cell. Apparently I didn’t know it but I’d had a couple very small strokes in the same area many years ago… Although I do have dead areas after and before the stroke, everything come back to totally normal.
March 12th, echocardiogram was done and it showed I had a 38% ejection fraction on my left ventricle. I wore heart monitor for 30 days they were looking for afib thinking that’s why I threw the blood clots. April 14th they done a TEE, they went down my esophagus and done a echocardiogram, amazingly 2 month after stem cell my heart went back to totally normal I’m at a 60% ejection fraction. And no enlargement of my left ventricle anymore. When we left TruStem Cell couple hours down the road I got out of the vehicle and my lower back and hip pain was totally gone, some of the pain come back, after sitting for a long time in stiff and sore… But nothing compared to the pain before stem cell… My neck is a lot better too although I do have bulging disc so it’s not completely pain-free but it is so much better… I have to admit the procedure hurt but it was pretty quick and the results are absolutely amazing…
I’m still noticing more and more improvements in my whole body. I’m not even 3 months post stem cell and my life has changed.. people around me are noticing that I get up and I move much quicker I’m walking much quicker so far it’s been close to a miracle for me… I done a lot of reading, a lot of research before I went and TruStem Cell was the only place I found that would put it in my vein and in my joint to my neck the results have been absolutely incredible…

I have stage IV COPD and take various medications in order to ease symptoms. I typically have 2-3 flare ups a year. Daily routine tasks can be challenging. Things such as making a bed, walking short distances, cooking, showering and exercising. The simple things were very challenging. I received treatment in early November. I felt the results of my treatment right away. I was able to walk directly to the elevator after my treatment which was not the case prior. I would sit and rest before or after getting off the elevator at the hotel. My symptoms have been reduced. I can do all of the things listed above without duress. I am improving everyday. I feel so good already. I am super excited to experience future results. The professional support from the TruStem team was incredible. They welcome and respond to questions and/or concerns quickly. The TruStem Cell Therapy has added life to my years. The results are indefeasible. Debra K.

I have suffered from drug resistant epilepsy for almost 12 years. the grand mal seizures would sometimes come in clusters as many as 3 or 4 a day and up to 2 to 4 times a week. This disease cost me a marriage, a few relationships, and my career all because people were scared. After years of surgeries, accidents, hundreds of thousands of dollars, and new medications options were running out. I personally researched stem cell therapy and found TruStem. Joe did a great job of answering my questions and getting the appointment set up and following up post procedure just to see how I was doing. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr Rachel discussed my treatment with me and what to expect and even though I was getting the stem cells I’d still need to see my neurologist and take my meds as needed. My procedure was on 9/16/20 and as of 10/15/20 I have yet to have a seizure and look forward to my condition to continue improving. I think the work that is being done at TruStem is amazing and would recommend them.

I limped into TruStem’s clinic on Fe. 24th of this year. I had no cartilige in my left ankle. It was bone on bone. Each step was terribly painful. The procedure was scheduled for 8:30 A.M. At 8:30 they took me back and started the process. I was amazed, The harvesting of the stem cells from my hip was painless. I was then taken to a nice waiting room with my wife while they prepared my injections. I was given 3 injections in my ankle along with an IV injection. I WALKED out the door at 11:00 AM, right on time. After driving two hours (my wife was driving) I needed a bathroom break. We pulled in a rest stop. I wondered how in the world was I going to walk to the restroom. I stepped out of the car and could not belive it. I was already able to walk with greatly reduced pain. It has been 7 months. I am able to walk and go about my daily activities. I strap my back pack on and head to the woods to hunt deer. I thought I was going to be a cripple. Thank you Tru Stem for the professionalism and courtesy. Your staff was wonderful. I am 70 years old also.

I got bone marrow stem cell therapy done on May 12 it was completely painless everyone was very informative professional and kind. I didn’t immediately feel results or good right away which they did say could be the case everyone had a different healing rate they don’t give you false hope or they keep it 100% with you. I have MS I was diagnosed on Dec.2019 I haven’t been symptom free since diagnosis I had a mild burning sensation on my leg head pressures some dizziness and my eyes would hurt…. after the procedure I felt bad from my symptoms three days later but now I have been almost symptom free for 4 days since diagnosis. I feel great the only different thing I have done is my stem cell therapy and hoping for so much more recovery I would definitely do it again if I need to. It was completely painless no need to be nervous!

“My mom had a stroke 3 years ago that affected her left side. After the stroke she had about 90 days of rehab where she was able to walk but not able to use her left arm and hand. Walking was a struggle at times but she kept at it as much as she could. After much research my mom decided to try a stem cell therapy treatment. So after the treatment the next day she had felt tingling in her left hand. She was very hopeful at that time and remains hopeful to this day. Below are the improvements that my mom and I have noticed over the past 12 weeks. Left arm: she is able to lift her left arm up about 6 inches. For instance she can lift her left arm from her lap and place it on a table. She guides it a little with her right hand. Before the stem cell therapy she was not able to lift it at all! Left hand: she is able to grip with her left hand and use it to shake someone’s hand. Before the stem cell therapy she was not able to control a movement with her fingers or hand. We are still working on seeing if she can hold the yarn for her to crochet but we are not there…YET!! Walking: she is wanting and willing to walk more. I feel it isn’t as much of a struggle as it was before the stem cell therapy. Her stamina seems to have improved! Standing and transferring: she seems to be stronger in getting herself to stand from a seated position. In other words I don’t help her as much to get her to stand, she is able to do this on her own! Also, as long as her walker and wheel chair are in the correct placement she is able to transfer by herself! Overall health: she has stated to me that she feels better and stronger! She told me in November (about 4 weeks after the treatment) that her brain was telling her to walk more! 😊”

Hi,
Just thought I would send you a little update. Joe has been back in OT & PT for about 5 weeks now. His OT is going very well. He can now completely dress himself (I had to put his socks & long sleeve shirts on before), he showers independently, he is getting more strength and use of his affected arm. PT is also going quite well. His memory seems to be improving as well.
I’m thinking this is because of the stem cell therapy. Not sure, but everyone has been telling me that he is past the improvement stage. Well, Joe is proving them wrong!!
Joe had his stroke August 16, 2014 and he had stem cell therapy Nov. 8, 2016

I was diagnosed with RA 15 years ago. I have been on several biologics, steroids, and pain medication since I was diagnosed. for many years the RA was pretty much under controlled, however during that time there was continued multiple joint damage. last year the biologics stopped being effective. Use of my hands became very limited and there was constant pain. At that point I began to research stem cell therapy. I looked at several stem cell clinics and finally talked to Dr Rachel an excellent surgeon and Dr Mcdole a PhD neuroscientist at TruStem Cell Therapy in Chicago. They answered all of my questions and concerns which I feel was very honest information. I decided to travel to Chicago for stem cell treatment.
After we arrived there I was convinced I made the right decision. the minuet I met Dr Rachel and the TruStem cell members I knew I was in good hands. Dr Rachel is not only an excellent doctor but also a very warm and caring person. He and his entire staff were very friendly and professional. most importantly my treatment seems to be working. the pain level has dropped to the point that I have not taken any pain medication. It is my hope that my symptoms continue to improve as time goes on. My thanks to Dr Rachel, Dr Mcdole, Joe Perricone and the entire TruStem Cell staff!

Todd

My husband was looking for a facility providing adult stem cell therapy concerning his condition. After considerable research of such facilities, we were pleased to find the TruStem Cell facility in Chicago. Dr. Rachel along with his staff provided us the professionalism and expertise we sought. At one year following stem cell therapy my husband has maintained his health status and has seen improvement in his strength conditioning efforts. We are pleased with his results and recommend TruStem Cell Therapy.

Robert Holley – I am posting this for Steve Kotich. Steve has Parkinson’s disease, diabetes, ischemic heart disease and degenerative joint disease. All of which are a result of Agent Orange exposure while serving in the USMC in Vietnam. His Parkinson’s disease started progressing faster and the medications were no longer effective. His knees were bone on bone and he was unable to be cleared for surgery. We started researching other options. He was in constant pain both joint and muscle. His shuffling gait was getting so bad he could hardly get around which led to balance problems. We found Trustemcell and started the process of getting qualified as a candidate for stem cell therapy. Joe went above and beyond getting him qualified a and was always available to answer any questions we had. Steve had his stem cell therapy the first week of March with incredible results so far. The morning after therapy he said “for the first time in years I don’t have any pain” he could walk without shuffling and get up and down out of a chair without assistance. He walked from gate to gate on the way home. (He used a wheelchair on the way to chicago.) I have noticed little improvements every day. He has hope now. His overall attitude and demeanor has improved. He has started working in the yard which he has not done for years. He now smiles all the time. TruStemcell provided a miracle for us. The staff is second to none. They all are the best of the best. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of stem cell therapy. Everyone there is simply amazing.

I had a stem cell treatment one month ago for my post stroke syptoms in TruStem cell therapy in Chicago. I was very pleased with how TruStem Cell team handled whole process of patient getting stem cell professionally and smoothly. All staff were caring and helpful. After a month of treatment, pain in my affected left shoulder and left thigh is gone. I am looking forward to see much more improvements in paralyzed left side of my body. I would truly recommend TruStem Cell therapy to anyone looking for stem cell therapy.

After my research, TruStem was the only stem cell therapy I could find in the U.S. with such extensive certification behind the doctors. I am certainly impressed that there is a neurobiologist on the team! The bedside care from the nurses during the procedure was awesome. I just think they are limited in the time they are allowed to spend with the patient at other points in the procedure. The parts orchestrated by Joe (literally all of it) were flawless. And he is a great hand-holder as well!
I highly recommend TruStem for those seeking answers. This is the most qualified, reasonably priced Stem Cell facility I found!

For what we had done we are responding very well. I regret that there was not enough stem cells harvested to do my back and feet. I have extreme low back damage and non diabetic neuropathy. I was hoping these two problems would be addressed. My neck is doing very well and painfree. for what was addressed I am pleased with the outcome. However had my low back and feet been addressed I believe I would be walking now and becoming pain free The process is magical and endearing. The staff are knowledgeable and warm . I deeply regret enough stem cells were not harvested to complete my treatment . I am 77 and this gave me back control of my bladder and colon and my scrabble game is also improved.

I was very impressed by the staff. Everyone was professional, kind & helpful. All my questions were answered promptly. My nurse Deb was a gem! She put me at ease with her calm & caring attitude. I saw results that evening! I have had a neurogenic bladder for years. I’ve been able to sleep only 2 hours at a time. The night after the treatment I slept 5 hours straight! I continue to see slow improvements in my gait and pain levels. I have already recommended this treatment to a friend. My only issue is that the hyperbaric therapy after the procedure was not addressed prior to my down payment had been made. I would have researched this issue more and planned for the additional expense when I was budgeting for the procedure. Joe was extremely helpful helping me to find a center that would do the hyperbaric treatment. Overall it was a wonderful experience. I look forward to seeing how I will continue to improve. Thank you for helping me to beat this MonSter!

I had stem cell therapy at TruStem on 5-7-19 for MS & was very impressed with the entire experience. My biggest difficulties are right-side weakness & foot drop and walking stamina & balance have also been a struggle. I did a lot of research & took about 7 months worth of emails back & forth with Joe before making the appointment. I wasn’t looking for a cure – but did want some symptom improvement with the right side weakness, balance & walking stamina. While it’s only been 2 weeks since my procedure, I can already see some improvements! My legs seem stronger most days & I have better balance! I also began oxygen therapy the day after returning home & feel that has been a key in making things more successful. I’ve made appointments to continue the oxygen therapy 2 times a week for the next few months. Thank you TruStem for a wonderful experience! And I can’t say enough good things about Joe! He is amazing in coordinating everything & answering questions! I’ll keep you posted – as I’m still hopeful for more improvements in the coming weeks & months! I’d highly recommend TruStem if you’re looking for a great facility!

4 weeks ago today I drove to Chicago for treatment on my osteoarthritis affected knees ( a lot of Rugby) The Doc suggested I could feel results in 3 to 4 weeks. 4 days later I could walk up and down my steps without pausing. I was used to visiting the bathroom from 4 to 8 nights a night. In the second week I slept through to 7 am twice. Now I’m up twice per night. The pain in my knees has not gone altogether but around 85% of it has. Without hesitation I recommend TruStem Cell Therapy to people who are seeking medical help

I have been in constant pain with bulging disks in my neck and lower back and arthritis in both knees and hips. I went to TruStem Cell Therapy a week ago. So, far it has not been short of a miracle at least for me. I do not get up with headaches any more and all my aches and pains are much better to the extent that I do not feel the need for pain pills or my arthritis medication.
TruStem is a very professional outfit and their service was impeccable.

I was dealing with all the PTSD symptoms since the 1999 brain injury . Fast forward 10 years early 2009 subsequent to ongoing tremendous post traumatic headaches another set of Cat Scan, x-ray, MRI with and without dye, spinal chord tap were performed. In May 2009 I was diagnosed with MS which was brought on by the TBI. Now all of a sudden my symptoms got worse and a year later in 2010 i had to retired with disability after working for 25 years. I was devastated however i wanted to leave on my terms where people remember me for the smart civil Engineer that i was. Now all of a sudden my symptoms got worse and a year later in 2010 i had to retired with disability after working for 25 years. I was devastated however i wanted to leave on my terms where people remember me for the smart civil Engineer that i was.
Between PTSD (1999) and MS (2009) I am challenged by brain glitches, cognitive disorder, mood disorder, memory issues etc one can say I had become an emotional liability. I found myself accepting the decline of my brain function issues as years went by. Fast forward 10 years in 2019 I found myself faced with a issue unlike any so far. Over and above brain issues I was also maneuvering my days through disc issues along various cervical and lumbar regions. Subsequent to 7 months of agony the neurological pain on my sciatic nerve kept getting worse and had me using a cane which was not really helping because. My symptoms were such that i could get no relief even while sitting, standing, walking, laying down etc and I saw myself in a wheelchair in the near future. I decided to go to my neurologist and we conducted lumbar MRI. I was no stranger to most of the diagnosis however the demyelination of the nerve between L5 and S1. It will was determined that this was the reason for the ongoing neurological issues on my right leg. This really solidified my scare and I was getting depressed more and more. The thought of being in a wheelchair was getting me depressed. My husband sent me a ticket to Texas where he was working on fixing our rental houses. I decided to go even if I had to use a wheelchair at the airport. After seeing my suffering combined with depression that had a grip of me my husband realized that I was going downhill pretty fast. He suggested I look up stem cell treatment which I did. Fast forward a month and I was on my way to Chicago to do just that get Stem Cell treatment. I didn’t know what and how all this will be done but I was hopeful and & excited at the idea that my own stem cell could treat my autoimmune disorders. I knew there is nothing to loose if it doesn’t work I had made peace knowing that a wheelchair could be my next mode of transportation. I am a true optimist and in my mind I knew this is going to work. Three days later I was on my way home subsequent to a successful treatment.
On November 19, 2019 the Treatment went without any complication. After just 2 1/2 hours my fate was in the hand of my very own stem cells. I am so happy with the results.two days afterwards I was walking without a cane and pain. My brain functions had improved dramatically my speech (people could understand me), my cognitive function my emotions all had improved. My friends said I was glowing my response was when you can wake up without pain and can do things without being challenged by depression just uplifts you and the result is the glow. This wouldn’t have been possible without my husband and the entire TrueStem professionals.
Within 2 days of treatment my brain glitches, cognitive disorder, mood disorder, memory issues, and more were a symptom from the past. My brain felt as if it was born again. My brain was firing on all cylinders I truly felt young again not just mentally but physically as well. It has been 3 weeks subsequent to the treatment and my health keeps getting better one day at a time. All this wouldn’t have been possible without my husband and the entire TrueStem professionals.

I have Multiple Sclerosis and received my own stem cells through TruStem Cell.
When I went to TruStem Cell for TruStem Cell Therapy, I was walking with a cane and the assistance of my husband and walking was very labored. I had very little energy and stamina.
Since I received my stem cells, I am now able to go out on my own and use a cane only when I am by myself. I have a lot more energy by the end of the day. I am able to stand for longer periods and am more alert. I believe that I will continue to improve each day.
I followed the instructions for Pre-Opt. and Post-Opt. given to me by TruStem Cells which I believe gave me the best opportunity for improvement.
I would recommend this facility to any one looking for a chance to improve their health situation. All the Staff at TruStem are very professional and treated me with Patience and understanding. I am grateful the I received caring support through the many questions I had.

This may be lengthy but please give it a chance if you are considering a stem-cell procedure. Let me begin w/ a ‘short’ history. Dx 13 yrs ago w/ RRMS. 13 yrs later, walker and wheelchair. My friend referred me to TruStem and the new story in my life begins. From the 1st contact, I was treated as if I was the only person in the queue. Once in Chicago, a black car whisked me to a very nice Sheraton where I was also treated as royalty. Once meeting my rep., (Mark), he, and the entire TruStem team were extremely warm, comforting and calming. Procedure itself was shorter than anticipated and I was out the door well w/in 5 hrs. Once home, I slept for the following 2 days. After any procedure like this, there will be painful recovery time but I will say that w/in 1 week, I was in my walker more than my wheelchair and my ‘drop foot’ is albeit gone after about 1 1/2 months in addition to slightly feeling my leg muscles after 8 years of nothing! That’s HUGE people! This clinic has the most innovative, advanced, professional, comforting and empathetic staff one could ask for. If you are contemplating stem-cells for ANY reason, I highly recommend you contact them first!
